nOPE, that is a cleaned raw. Filtered and ready for speedscanning- needs more work on it.

i tried translate the 192 with my jatlas transelator

but only went as far as understand the story in it:(
(natsumi was caught by slave trader)

with a little effort n dictionary
i can give the basic translation from each baloon
but not from the one outside the baloon (i mean there is no furigana)
