what did natsu just do..... i think he just crying when erza is absorb by that crystal thing...and this t/n Mashima has inherited Oda's good old Nobody Can Die Syndrome

a little further....

well at least erza is alive...and I also like her so there is no problem with the conclusion...

That was a nice chapter. Well atleast we know erza is a part of the gang so she won't be dying anytime soon.

I'm happy Erza didn't die, but this worries me.
Is the author capable of killing one of the heroes?
I wish he would, just so the theme gets more and more tense as battles pass by.
I agree with moonster_x on the "Nobody Can Die Syndrome" part.

Didn't that iron jaw guy die? Erza's friend who protected her from Gerard's blast. We were shown him sliding off into the ocean.

Oda does not kill even the most useless person, unless is not on "the present" (flashbacks has deaths on OP). Oda couldn't kill even Merry! XD

it's not like i dislike erza or anything but i liked when i thought that she died...a hero must die for the sake of the story.in naruto alot of heroes died and it all was great (sure they will be missed :D ) or like in tenjou tenge they killed tawara who was the coolest character EVER!!! i didn't want for him to die but that is why i thought thatwas a great chapter, Fairy Tail ch100 wasn't...

I actually thought she would be returned to life during the funeral ceremony by seeing everyone's emotions. The fact that she was dreaming was a real let down. Could you imagine how funny it would have been if she came back to life and the council members didn't know what to do about the eternal position given to her thinking she was dead? I was thinking maybe Lucy would summon her spirit or sosmething.

luvd this chapter. The emotions were great. The sadness at the funeral and natsu crying in the end.

Can't wait for more.

phew, erza didn't die, i was thinking too,

that lucy might find a way to bring back erza, with the help of stellar spirits...

i guess, dragon slayers are might strong through emotions...

Yeah, but is all the stuff in her dream real or was it nothing, but a dream cause if it was just a dream then all the things said were not true

Id say it was more than a dream. Probably a glimpse into the future that could have happened.

I kind of agree with people that say it would have been more touching if Ezra died, but I still like Natsu defying everything and saving her in the end.

I think Mashima got the best of both situations by showing the deep sadness and heartfelt emotion in the flash to the possible future and then showing everyones elation when Natsu turns up carrying her in his arms and crying never to leave him.


So all I gotta say is Mashima wrote this chapter perfectly

I gotta agree with ya, it just seemed just more then a mere dream. I mean she din't looked like one who would dream of a eternal sit in the council and the "ten holy great mages", defitnately not to dream her friends would drop to such despair.
