pg 5 was completly made of win, where they all had that evil look when they relized oz was stuck. Holy cow that is awesome looking.


And Ace is a dead man (or at least a psuedo dead man like Pell was xD). Well its not confirmed but the odds that blackbeard lost are very slim, but the way Kuma talked about it was awesome. Damn Op is sooo good right now got me on edge for the new chapter like every week lately.

I really love how the crew is evolving. I was rewatching some of the anime this week, and the difference in attitude really struck me; the nervousness and anxiety of the crew during Croc vs Luffy round one as compared to their absolute faith in him now. Even the master of negativity shows no doubt that Moria is going down.

The crew's teamwork has really improved as well. Even Zoro and Sanji have put aside their usual petty arguments completely in order to take down Oz. Zoro has really stepped into his first mate role, even inspiring the crew in Luffy's absence. They are truely transforming into a crew ready to stand at the pirate's summit.

Ace's situation is troubling though. Like fiend, I have no doubt that he was defeated. I suspect he was captured alive and turned over to the government, and that makes me think that maybe Luffy won't find out about it this arc. I really doubt Oda is going to have the strawhats turn around and do another rescue arc after spending two years doing the same for Robin. I have two theories as to what's going to happen. Either 1. we're going to see shanks/whitebeard/dragon in action to save him, or 2. the baroque works remnent still in Impel Down is going to come into play. We shall see, I guess^^

Wow, we randomly think alike on a lot of things don't we lol (also the ES 21 thing). Also i was just rewatching the alabasta arc, and skypiea with my friend before that, and noticed the same thing, about how they have matured and evolved as a cohesive crew.

if the baroque works / Enel came into play into the acual storyline, and made a major impact, i would shit my pants.

The way Blackbeard is able to suck things up then spit them out, makes me thing him turning him over is a definate possibility. But the fact he would need to be resuced / people would try to resuce him, is a bit stale of a plot atm which is why i'm leaning towards him being the first death to set the tone for the second half of grand line.

Kuma seems pretty awesome. So some more action involving him wouldn't be bad in my opinion. Really this was a great chapter all along though.
