right guys can someone explain and I've talked about this with bezza010 but what is gray rep and what does it mean because i know green rep brings your rep up and red down but what the hell is Grey for and why do we get it?

My theory is that those that have low post count can't give rep yet so they give gray rep which is neither minus or plus.
