Bi-monthly. Hana to Yume, the magazine it comes from, comes out on the 5th and 20th of every month. Sometimes, the mangaka might take a one-issue break though, so occasionally it's monthly.

Release also depends on when people finish making scanlations for it.... like, the recent chapter 123 has been out for two weeks now, and there still hasn't been anyone scanlating it.
