but you kinda wonder how come the vizards never spoke to their former comrades about the betrayal? After all, Aizen, Tousen, and Gin all still became cpts 100 yrs later. obviously all the soon-to-be vizards saw Aizen's betrayal

Well here is my theory Kisuke and Tessai either get there while Aizen transforms them and is incrimated because Aizen has an alibi, or they get too late and the soon to be Vaizards are reckeen havoc because they still cant control the power so hie somehow finds a way to seal the power thus creating the hogokyu, but because nothing like them has ever existed they decide to throw them in the maggots nest until they are freed by Urahara and Tessai and thats why they're exiled and the whole matter is covered up andthe traitors are left to lan until Ichigo and the others come along.
