Help with recognizing some kanjis

The text has actually nothing to do with the story. The bubble is from a non character, just a bypasser. So, it won't do any harm to the story even if it remains untranslated.
I just feel that something is missing if I haven't translated it yet. In worst case, I can just make something up.
If someone can help me read it, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
