While many of us will probably scream at even the thought of a ghost being near us, Freshman Nimura Kensuke just thinks of it as a common everyday thing, seeing as how he has the uncanny ability to see so many of them on a daily basis. Things soon heat up for him when he meets a girl who changes his life from then on. Her name's Kagura, and she has the power to summon a mighty "spirit devourer"-otherwise known as a "Ga-rei"-called Byakuei. So, what's Nimura to do? Chase down the evil spirits and and have Kagura summon the Ga-rei to devour them, of course! Now, come feast on their adventures like some ravenous Ga-rei!
I'll admit that when I read the description thing, I didn't really wanna read it. But I obviously found it good, otherwise i wouldn't be requesting scanlation! x)

Unfortunately, the group subbing it, Entropy, dropped it because it was serialized/licensed =(They got up to Chapter 22 and then stopped. I was really disappointed cause it was like the beginning of a new arc; not like the very beginning, where the old one just ended. But in the middle of the beginning when things are kind of explained...I dunno if that makes sense, BUT, basically they stopped it stubbing in a place that didn't seem to fit =(
The other unfortunate is that...I don't have any raws >< After reading that I needed raws to request, I started looking for them, but couldn't find any =( Ga-Rei isn't a very popular series so there isn't much of it on the internet. And where I live there isn't anywhere where I could buy them and scan them. (Which I would suck at scanning anyways) So yeah...I know should have raws, and it makes it harder if anyone does decide to take the project up. But if he was easy, it wouldn't be any fun right? =3
