-Well the Shapen helped define the edges and oval boarder, it also removed some of the softer details, overall pretty good for my first try right?

Ok next i will try some thing with trees and such, any suggestion or comments I'm happy to take, along with a free copy of photoshop if anyone want to give me one

But advice- if you gonna use MF or maybe sendspace, RS, etc to upload file is better to put them in zip folder before upload. Cos i no know- all your image sizes are like 350px height on MF. Also save your final image at 1100 px or 1200 px height. and Use imageshack or photobucket or some image hosting site to up single images

and i can't tell what you should do coz you don't have PS XD

Well for the straight up stuff, the program you're using is good, but for quality it still needs work. I've never heard of Paint Net, so I dunno if it's any good or not. But I think it's obvious that you should know how to download Photoshop (if you download anime, you can download photoshop the same way) Only noobs download things through DDL (hint XP)

Been downloading CS3 for the last 2 days now, should be done by tonight.
as for Paint.Net its alot like PS4 with more eye candy. it has all the same tools if you look hard enough. As for the size sorry about that. I was limited to the originals size. Im trying to clean those pages as of now
