For those of you who have Unreal Tournament 3 (both PC and PS3) here is a site that has a large list of Custom Maps available, as well as MODs:

Maps, custom Models and skins, mutators, and gametypes are available through this site, which is a collection of fanworks across the net (the majority of them seem to be coming from Epic's Site). Most of them have download links for the PS3 version alongside their PC counterpart.
