Credit Page Contest: Voting Completed

We are now starting our first contest - Credit Page Contest - for the series that we have done so far:
Berserk

Fairy Tail
D. Gray Man

Eyeshield
One Piece
Naruto
Bleach
Hajime no Ippo
Tsubasa RC
xxx Holic
Gantz*Depending on the number of entries, 3 choices will be chosen for each series and used intermittently till next year when a new contest comes out.



RULES
The Rules are:
(MAIN RULE) ORIGINALITY - YOUR ENTRY MUST BE OF YOUR OWN WORK
You can enter as many entries as you want*If you break the rule, your entries will be disqualified.


ENTRIES SUBMITTION
Post all you entries in Credit Page Contest - ENTRIES (http://www.franky-house.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5214#post5214). Remember to post all of your entry in a spoiler tag.


THE WINNER
The winner will be added to the FH Hall of Fame and gets to leave his initials or name on the creation he creates. The winner can also ask for whatever favor they want in return we will do our best to honor (nothing like buy me a game, give me money etc though)

The contests have begun. And right before raw day. I cant wait to see how many entries peopple will enter. So how long will this contest take. One month or two months?


I really wanted to start this thread. You beat me to it Angelz. i also want to see how long it will take before people will start participating.

Wont this help others to cheat? If everybody can see a persons entry it will be much easier for them to get an inspiration from the ones they see and design a better one.

I was thinking about that too. But there are a lot of other groups with credit pages, so they can cheat anyway. And seeing others work can motivate some lazy users :)

Um I just create the thread because Veni as me to. I'm waitting for her...no he, to edit the thread and put in the more Rules like the size of the Credit Page, when is the dateline... etc. So you guys wait for....him... for more info.

If it is in our power that we can grant that winner's wish we will try and do our best. If it is not we will ask them for to wish for other things. Well, it's venicia's idea - have to wait more info on that too.

Size should be reasonable otherwise the winners will be asked to resize the images. For example we are definately not going to use a colored image about 5MB in our releases. And the size dimensions should lie withing the range of 1400 by 1400 pixels.

I was wondering if since the drawing has to be something that you created originally does that mean that the image has to drawn from scratch or can you remove images from the mangas and combine them and such. I have a Gantz picture but I took the characters out of the manga and colored them and such. Just wanted to make sure that was ok before i did anything with it

@jackal: you can use a scan from the manga/anime, just as long as all of the subsequent work was done by you.

Thanks for entering. I like your Gantz entry, but try to make it a little bigger. If you want to learn how to reduce the size of your colored images go to this forum The Training Workshop (http://www.franky-house.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=38) and look for the thread "making chapters smaller"
You can look at the entries for other members to give you some form of extra help.

Before you make a submiission consider this- is there space on the image you supply for CREDITS to be written on? or do you intend your image to be super imposed on a blan credit page that the group creates?

I like jackal643' gantz - but it is very tiny. Almost like an image you place at the top of the credit page then you write whatever you want below it.

I resized the gantz pic and posted a hajime pic I thought I had the gantz pic scaled to this before but i guess not. Let me know if the size is better or if I should change it it was originally 1024X768 but i figured that would be a bit to big it should be 800X600 now.

Ippo is ready to rock Jackal - yaaaaarrr. Me likes me likes. Although it feels a little reddish to me. Does any know of any place to get great ippo colored pages.

The Gantz is definately much hotter. Soo nice and very conservative too but hot as well. Nice combo.

I love Stiffy's works and I don't have any credit pages, so what else do I need? :D:D

Lol that was straight forward:D. I like that;). Well you CAN do what you want since you hold that power...It was just MY opinion^^. Like I said I give them, throw them aside I don't care if you do it correctly (that was a nice way:p). I just think that using stiffy's thing is kinda saying something like: "Stiffy won, stop posting anything about TRC pls...". But I don't care, since Stiffy's credits are reallllly beautiful and all:D. I'm just someone with a high sense of moral values...^^. And I don't think it's fair. This Contest is over after this weekend's speedscans. All entries will be voted on by members and staff for one week. But we will keep what we need to keep and all submissions can be used even if they dont get chosen.
