The weird thing is that in Wikipedia, in Tsukune's Bio it said that if all the links broke he would become a ghoul again. That's why I thought that at the end of Chapter 5 of Season 2 I thought Tsukune had become a ghoul. Guess you can't believe everything Wikipedia says (the entry has been changed, though).


Anyways, this chapter did answer some questions but left some unanswered. Like how Hokuto and The Head Chairman knew each other and what the chairman's plans were for him. Despite everything Hokuto did, I felt more sorry for him than angry. Tsukune must have felt the same way because he sure in hell didn't give up on him. As for Hokuto's 'assistant' (I forgot his name) It looked like he was a Vampire/'other' Yokai Hybrid. And I'm surprised that Hokuto just walked away like that in the end. Will he give up his attacks against the Academy?

I just love it when that Moka says "you thought that you were able to take on "us" alone." I just love it when she thinks of Tsukune and herself as a pair vs. how earlier on she referred only to herself.

If we are talking about a ghoul, again from my understanding a ghoul is the same as a Vampire with only one big defense. Ghoul’s have no self awareness they are like beasts, they have only an instinct to kill and that instinct is present in a vampire as well (which makes vampires something like beasts with intellect and giving them many new possibilities, not only senseless killing), but for vampires that have strong will can easily suppress that instinct (If they live with it from the very birth they can probably can suppress it to the point where they no longer fill it). As for Tsukune, he is a human (he was at least) when that instinct was forcefully injected in him with the blood, it began to dominate and destroy his weak mind (I guess it’s normal for a human not to have a strong will) and this is when the bracelet comes in, it is like )v(anic said – bracelet is meant to suppress aura and help humans to control it bit by bit, slowly gaining enough strong will power to control the aura.

I think that when he will be able to completely control his aura, he will become a fully fledged vampire.

A ghoul can't control his minds, so when he does control himself he won't be a ghoul anymore, besides, tsukune got fangs too now, and he will also be weak against water most likely, maybe not yet but soon enough.

A riot happens at the end of the cultural festival(or so it was said at the begining of Season II) that caused alot of damage the the Academy and the surounding grounds. They were only gone for 2 or 3 months, and came back as Second years.

That is normal! each vol has to have about 150~200 pages, since in V+R they have 4 chapters for each vol, it is not so unnatural to have so many pages + it's not 40 it's 49.( 48 without credits)

Ummm guys, why are you thinking that she'd make a bad cook? We see her make cookies all the time. If she was a bad cook she would make terrible cookies, hell she propably wouldn't be able to cook them at all. And there is no indication (in the Manga, at least) that her cooking skills are lacking. But still.....Yoshii Kiria, what the hell is he? I know he's a hybrid Yokai, but I wonder if he has any Vampire blood in him? He did have fangs, had slit eyes, and it seems that he has the ability to inject blood.

Well we are talking about Chapter 34 (sorry, but we've gotta get back on topic) so I thought I'd mention yoshii kiria once again. And I've always wondered what mix of Yokai he has in him. I've always suspected that he had some vampire blood in him, and it looks like he does. But I could be wrong. Maybe if he does return later in the series, we'll know some more about his background. Or we can capture the bastard and dissect him.
