When the person has been guessed and it's correct it's up to the next poster to pick another person to guess.

Example:

Guess - Is he made out of rubber?
Answer - Yes
Correct guess - It's Luffy

Rule: Has to be someone who has something to do with manga or anime.
(for example a character, voice actor or mangaka)
