ok never done this before but meh was readin some tutorials on here and found them interesting so heres how it turned out and the raw to show the original

it is overlevel the greys too dark and it is tanko raw so easy to clean :p sorry but nice try

if u wanna do tanko raw that is np but got to do some redrawing a show nice leveling
plz try page from naruto because it is easy

heres what i done so far on a blood plus test page from one of the cleaning tests just gonna have to read about the grays some more.

you overleveled it so now there's a lot of dirt in the top left corner. Remember when you're leveling tankoubon raws use both needles to adjust it and don't go too far ;)

ok here another try at leveling and defussed some of the noise off the image and removed the text.

levelling isn't that bad, you just need to get rid of the dust

ok ill give it ago dust is annoying >< you think you got rid of it and it appears again

you can easily check if there is any dust left by using wand tool set to 0

hows that one. removed all dust that showedup with the magic wand tool
and tryed altering the levels again (using the latest adobe photoshop now)

Question though, When cleaning the greys what grey patten is best for manga like rosario vampire.

I don't use grey patterns XD
In mq cleans I leave the greys as they are, in high mq/hq I color with grey and add noise. But I'm not HQ cleaner so I'm not the best fitted person to answer this question >_<

take closer look at any of the lines
they are not smooth and they should
did you resize to 2500 before cleaning?

i did edit the size just i did poor job at cleaning it >< better go and try again
