My first clean

i actually had some free time so came here for th first time and read through some tutorials

It's quite good for a first timer as I can see it :D, but it's too small so I can't judge fairly..make your next clean 1200px heigh and hours cleaning? is just too long...most of us in the crew can do it in 15 min,but with practice comes speed ;) so work hard

And if it's resized from Photobucket then you should upload it to imageshack

i think it took a little bit longer because im using the mouse pad on my laptop

it's very good for a first time, although a bit overlevelled I think...
hard to judge though, I may be wrong.
can you clean sth with more greys? like D.Gray-man or One Piece
and read about denoising (e.g. here (http://www.franky-house.com/forums/showthread.php?t=144)), it will make your cleaning a faster

ok i got to say this it is ****ing good the bad thing was the typeseting which was not center and too small

but i really like it although my screen at work is not that good but i can tell the blacks are black and so are the whites

very good work but of course 3 hours of cleaning that is too much for naruto it took 1 hour for a page or less to get HQ xD but no worries since it is the first time u will get faster with time

twas pretty hard >.>

this time it took me about an 1hr 30 or a little more
i keeped redoing the levels and denoise because i didnt like how they kept coming out lol

i tried to make the text all the same size
*not sure if it should matter and if it should be all caps*
and i centered it as much as i could this time xD

well this time nice work in typeseting :D but cleaning were bad overlevel some greys are black dont worry naruto was easy and u know it maybe better then DGM which is hard to clean

but nice try

typesetting is nice, blacks are nice, but greys are too dark >_<
you should level less and use more burn tool
but it's not bad for a second try ;)

woo been a busy week
finally hand some free time today ~.~

had a hard time trying to keep the grays gray >.<
so i used a different approach after like the 3 or fourth time
after the initial level i denoisied each cell individually i hope this one is okay lol

and remove the dots in fourth panel, on Lucy nose

i only denoised two of the panels the reset didn't need them because the raw was so good
in the end, denoising all of them at once caused me a really hard time to something I'ld call somewhat complete which i imo looked pretty bad >.>
thats why i choose a different way to clean that raw

keep it up and yeah for 100% dust free page use magic wand tool and set to 0 and click on a black spot then all blacks should be selected and if there is dust in the blacks then it will not select that spot :D so if select all the blacks invert the selection and burn the dust in the black :D easy huh

and for the two new pages i see that u have overlevel it and it lost alot of detailed so next time try to compare it with the raw do a new layer call it level so u can always go back to the raw :D and same goes if u wanna burn the blacks do another layer :D

most of the time i just edit the page directly
but for this should i make a new layer for every action?
