Well..I happen to have a scanslated copy of 'Penguin Revolution' chapter 24 in English, and I was wondering if you wanted it. ^^;;

I actually dled the scans in Korean and translated it for my friend, so it's left to right instead of right to left like the Japanese version...

The editting is probably not the best, but well...it's okay. If you're interested, let me know and I'll send it to you?
