That Jutsu will finally be revealed by Sasuke. My guess is that it is some lighting based jutsu, as there seems to be clouds forming around the battleground. Maybe he will fry Itachi? :p

I guess there will be more from the grand dragon katon, perhaps the dragons will be back and sweep Itachi away...

I hate to say this, but this is only a speculation. Sasuke has got a jinchuuriki inside him, not sure which one, he will eventually borrow its chakra to use the last jutsu as we all know that he is already out of chakra. Unless someone can perform a jutsu without using chakra >_<
