Hello, imintheradio. Uhmm... for the sig-making-tutorial I'm afraid I can't help you yet. But how to put it as your sig that I can help.
1. You will need an Image-Host if you want to upload your sig from an outside source. Image Host that I recommend you to use are Photobucket (www.photobucket.com/) and Imageshack (http://imageshack.us//)
2. Upload the signature that you've created there.
3. Copy the link of the uploaded image
4. Go to your User Cp>Edit signature and paste the code there. (Make sure your code contains [*IMG]Paste your image code here without the * in the code[/IMG*]) And you're done.
I'll try to give you a better tutorial this weekend. For now, i really need to study.
Ps: if you have any question, please don't hesitate to ask.

Well, I know a bit about making signatures for forums. And looking at yours, it looks like you have paint (Don't worry, almost everyone plays with paint a couple times in their lives). Pretty good idea you have there. But when you resized it (changed the size) you seem to have shrunk the height too much and kept the width the same, making our sig look...fat lol.
Might I suggest using the square tool thing and selecting the part you want. Then adding a font off a random website (like if you want a ninja, warrior, techno, or crazy font, google it) Then you can create a fairly so-so sig like

[some 2 minute signature I made for my cousin months ago. sorry about the large size and bad quality, rush job and didnt feel like using photosop]
But for higher quality sigs like angelz's, you probably need a photoshop program or something (adobe photoshop is the most popular, but costs money. Gimp is a free program though not as many tutorials using it are written, but works just as well in some cases. But I'll let angelz show you how to make a signature.
Hopefully more people can help you.

Well...that's just looks like simple copy/pasting right there. A very straight forward approach to telling people what you like. It's the same as going up to a strangers and yelling "I LIKE [something something something]
A little big though. I thought the website where you make banner line things have a way of making it in an animated info a .gif file. There should be a way to do that, as I see a couple of forums with alotta people with those banner sigs, but animated.
