Kenpachi won't fall down that easily. He is one of the beast that thirst of blood. I guess he is still enjoying slaying Noitora. He is just having fun. So, I guess he would stand up again and this time with more determination to kill Noitora. Maybe a surprise bankai in the end of the next chapter. Or Yachiru took out her zanpaktou and start slaying Noitora.
