[Trainee] Cleaning by Kayal

I've been doing some "independent study" but I don't feel like I'm getting any better. Uploading pics has been an issue for me, too (for you all who've seen my other thread) and I'm still not sure what size they are supposed to be in, etc etc

Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I did Naruto ch. 387 (last week's) and each page took roughly 20 min for me to do. here are the first 3:

You have to save it (and upload, if you don't know how to do that using photobucket, upload to imageshack.us) with height 1200px

Iz long time i see you. welcome back. but Make you follow what Makhan say exactly. and make you post questions if you get stuck.

I think you should work on your cleaning a little more. play with the level, brightness and contrast and even the curves... that's if you are using photoshop. After that make sure that your whites and blacks look white and black.

well i got to say this very nice preclean but it need leveling then burn the blacks since leveling take care of the whites most of the time

but very good job in the precleaning

it's like mab said, i think it's preclean..

in no time your work will be very good..:D

with the speech bubbles zoom in and use the soft edge brush that way if u miss some spots its not so obvious and with the kanji on pic either leave it or redraw the pic behind it.

alright, thanks. :) Now that I looked back it does look horrible, I think overleveling was better than underleveling -_- Got scared of the leveling thingy XD

The only problem is probably you no read the tutorials. Thats why Makhan redirect you there. First you level, then you filter, then you level, again. - u can do other things after the filter (ie in b.n the filter and the second "level" like resize, burn blacks to make them as black you can and remove dust from white areas too). The tutorials all already here so just go to where Makhan send you and then read more totorials after u get those down. we want more cleaners so hurry up and learn lol. if you learn hard it not gonna take many days till at least you able to do something good
