I've been following this anime series a lot lately, but find my self lost a LOT!

Does anyone know the correct order of the episodes?

I love the series, but at the start of each episode I have a feeling like i missed the previous one :P

(then i saw episodes that were supposed to happen sooner, and got lost :P)

I find it funny it has like 3-4 different orders
1. Original Air
2. Chronological Order
3. DVD set order

If you watch in the order they aired in it is a little confushing but I found that it was a lot more enjoyable watching it that way rather then watching it in chronological order.

When i watched it in original order I got lost very fast. When i watched it in chronological order it was awesome. The plot was strange and funny.

still confused about #14, would that be the "movie" episode?
I have one episode, Episode 0 which seems to be the movie they were filming. but wasnt sure where that was supposed to fit in the storyline

This was a grat anime i loved it (but i loved even more Lucky Star)
I had to watch it twice tough..
air order realease
and then found about the chronological order...
then it all made sense!!
it is really entertaining, comical and interesting!
(but i felt it lacked a better ending... probably a second season is being prepared who knows even after some time the 2nd season still might come)

(Episode 0 is the movie they (SOS Dan) were exposing during the festival)

i love this anime. XD watched it in the original order, and tried to re-watched it on the chronological order too but that time my friend borrowed my dvd, so i didn't finished it. XD

when I first watch the anime, eps 1 (the movie) I did realize haruhi and kyon did say diffrent episode preview.... so I follow what haruhi said and watch the episode cronologically...(have to open all episode ending though)

because the kissing scene in the tv order last ep (was there even one haha i havn't watched in so long i forget), was in their opinon the only really dramatic and crazy scne, so they wanted to end the series on a climax instead of the non climatic ending or something like that,

in other words they thought they could get and keep more viewers interested in the show the way they aired it in tv order.

It would be even nicer if they were to be lovey-dovey in front of others. Although Haruhi seems to give off the auro of not having much shame or being embarassed. But Kyon is.

just my 2 cents about the tv ep order, personally i kinda liked it that way, it added to the kinda random out of the ordinary feel that the whole show emitted and was pretty much about.

Thats what made it fun trying to understand everything thats going on, and not understanding things that were going on. If you missed that then you missed one of the fun parts of watching the show like that imo :/

I think its going to be called the Disappearance of.... skipping a book or something like that (never read the books so I don't know)..but thats what I am hearing.

ya i read about it being called Disappearance also - the website image they had of it was Yuki crouching behind a broken building.

well a lot of the current stuff (winter season) is ending right before that next season starts - obviously those things in spring season will be big titles. i think the next macross will be out then too. kanokon is also another one based off the manga that solaris is translating. waiting to see the bigger list but i am hoping that haruhi will be put in there too

everything is light and happy till next episode
if you have read the light novel you know what happens after this fun packed summer related episode

Just read the frickin' novel, the anmime version of any novel sucks....like ToraDora, or that Zero no Tsukaima one..........the original is always better, though the manga is usualy pretty good and keeps with the story when it adapts but animes mostly suck....there are a few exceptions I guess....

hmm i read all the light novels in question and i like the animes as well
there are bits and pieces that the anime change that i dont like but overall i was pleased with Toradora! and with zero no tsukaima

Forgive me but, in the light novel, didn't they fix the time loop 20 to 22 revolutions ago!?

Ok...so I get why they went through two loops. It shows what is happening...beyond that, it just breaks my brain and causes my husband to look at me funny and ask why I'm watching the same episode again...and I have to point out something stupid like that Mikuru is wearing a hat this time.

yeah i think it was solved faster in the light novel
i found that it was much faster to watch the episode if you fast forward to the second half
well if you feel like it you can see what they are wearing yukata swimsuit and the new mask the yuki gets. but kyoanime is really milking this for as long as they can it would have thought it would be solved in two three episodes but man.

We couldn't let Haruhi go home like this. There had to be a conclusion for once. If not, then the two week span discovered by Koizumi and guaranteed by Nagato would get to its fifteen thousand four hundred and ninety-nineth round.

After this Kyon promptly solves the puzzle and we exit the time loop after 15,498 loops...what were we on in the anime? 15,521 in the latest episode! We're 23 loops overdue.

At this rate are we even going to touch Disappearance or the storyline (I forget the name) where there are two of Mikuru?
